In order to make the high vacuum oven run better, how should we maintain the high vacuum oven in the process of use?
1. When using a high vacuum oven, it is strictly prohibited to get close to inflammables and explosives.
2. Clean the dust on the surface and working room, and keep the machine clean and hygienic.
3. Regularly check whether the fan operates normally and whether there is abnormal sound. If there is, shut down the machine immediately for inspection.
4. Regularly check whether the vent is blocked, and regularly clean up the accumulated dust.
5. Regularly check whether the temperature controller is accurate. If not, please adjust the static compensation of the temperature controller or the correction value of the sensor.
6. Regularly check whether the heating pipe is damaged and whether the circuit is aging.
7. In case of sudden power failure, turn off the power switch and heating switch to prevent automatic startup in case of power failure.
8. Before power on, check that the insulation of the power line should be good and no leakage is allowed. There shall be no contact between heater resistance wires to prevent short circuit.
9. After the operation, turn off the oven power switch and the main power supply.
