In the daily operation of high vacuum oven, some faults will inevitably occur. How to check these faults? What causes these failures? Let's take a look:
The electronic components of the temperature controller, switch, temperature sensor, heating tube and control circuit constitute the heating system of the oven. The following aspects should be analyzed and judged to find out the cause of the fault and solve the problem quickly.
1、 Check the state and setting of the temperature controller of the high vacuum oven.
1. Whether the SV value of the temperature controller is set correctly. When SV > PV value, the temperature controller of the high vacuum oven will heat.
2. Whether the heating output signal light of the temperature controller has an indication. Generally, the heating indicator light of the temperature controller is C1 or out. When heating, the indicator light will be on or flash. The brightness and flashing frequency of the indicator light will be different according to the heating output power and pulse time.
3. Check whether the overtemperature alarm indication of the thermostat is abnormal, and whether the set value and parameter value are normal, such as al1 and al2. When the Al series indicator lights up, if it is the corresponding overtemperature alarm setting, the high vacuum oven will not be heated, and the heating output indication will also go out.
4. If the temperature controller of high vacuum oven is a programmed temperature controller, please check whether the temperature controller is turned on and the program runs.
5. Some high vacuum oven thermostats with strong functions also have some complex functions, such as standby and hold state. When these states occur, the oven may not be heated.
2、 Check whether the high vacuum oven temperature sensor is abnormal.
1. The temperature probe slides, falls into a dead corner, or touches, resulting in failure to sense the temperature in the normal working area.
2. Temperature probe failure. Open the industrial oven door, sense the actual temperature and compare whether the PV value is abnormal.
3、 Check whether the electrical part of the high vacuum oven works normally. Compare the electrical diagram of the high vacuum oven and gradually check whether the electronic components of the heating system operate normally.
1. Check whether the circuit breaker corresponding to the heating system of the circuit part of the high vacuum oven trips.
2. Whether the AC contactor controlling the heating of high vacuum oven is normally closed during heating.
